What this section does

Externally-approved customer stories with attribution rules. Distinct from the internal Story Bank (in G) because these need customer sign-off and may have legal constraints.

Process — what to do

    Identify candidate stories from customer voice + sales transcripts recurring

    Mostly from Phase 3 customer extract, plus ongoing in Stage 7.

  2. 02
    Get customer sign-off before adding to library

    Story is OFF-RECORD until written approval lands. Track approval in frontmatter.

  3. 03
    Create one file per story
    narrative-{slug}/narrative/h-customer-success-library/{customer-slug}-{topic}.md

    Fork from STORY-TEMPLATE.md.

  4. 04
    Tag use contexts

    PR / sales / case study / web — each story specifies which contexts it's cleared for.
