3000+ words of founder verbatims, tagged by tone.
- 02 Synthesis must have surfaced voice_candidates
descriptor candidates, tone samples per mode, vocabulary candidates, banned phrase candidates.
- 03 Lock 3–5 voice descriptors/draft-section g-voice-and-language
Each with a do/don't pair. Founder must approve in Phase 5a — voice is identity.
- 04 Draft each tone (technical / consumer / regulatory / recruiting / founder-visionary)
Skip tones that don't apply. Add 0–2 custom tones if the engagement needs them.
- 05 Curate vocabulary + banned phrases recurring
Initial set from synthesis; refined continuously through Stage 7 as drift surfaces.
