What this section does

How the canonical narrative reads to each named stakeholder type. Engagement-scoped: typically 3, up to 5. One file per audience (clinician, buyer, investor, etc.).

Process — what to do

4 steps
  1. 01
    Synthesis must have surfaced audience_translation_candidates
    synthesis/tension-and-opportunity-report.md → audience_translation_candidates
  2. 02
    Confirm the audience list with founder

    Typical: 3 audiences. Usually buyer + user + investor for B2B SaaS.

  3. 03
    Create one file per audience
    narrative-{slug}/narrative/f-audience-translations/{audience-slug}.md

    Fork from STAKEHOLDER-TEMPLATE.md.

  4. 04
    Draft each translation
    /draft-translation {audience-slug}

    What they care about, vocabulary that resonates, proof types that land.
