Engagement-scoped. 3–5 strategic pillars, each one a load-bearing stake the company defends. Each pillar has a claim ladder (5/15/30/50 words) and dynamic proof points underneath. Pillars are stable; proof points evolve.
Process — what to do
- 01 Synthesis must have surfaced pillar_candidatessynthesis/tension-and-opportunity-report.md → pillar_candidates
≥3 candidates required by the schema. Usually 4–6 surface.
- 02 Choose 3–5 final pillars
Each pillar must tag job: identity / how / who-for / where-going. No two pillars should share a tag.
- 03 Create one file per pillarnarrative-{slug}/narrative/e-pillars/pillar-{job-tag}-{slug}.md
Fork from PILLAR-TEMPLATE.md. Filename pattern matters for the schema.
- 04 Draft the claim ladder/draft-pillar {pillar-slug}
5 / 15 / 30 / 50 word versions. Each with a linked belief statement from A.5.
- 05 Pick initial proof points recurring
Each pillar needs 2–3 proof points at launch. New proof points added through Stage 7 as customer wins land.
